I can personally tell you that if you don't own this book already and you struggle sometimes with your prayer life or you need somewhere to start or just a guide, this is the perfect book for you. As we women pray for everyone else but find it hard to pray for ourselves most times, this book is very helpful to redirect and guide our thoughts back to what matters most. Especially now with everything going on in the world, the peace of mind that will sustain us can only be discovered in Christ Jesus and through prayer (communication with our heavenly father).
